About the Role
We are looking for motivated Customer Advisors to join our Finance & Banking team in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring high-quality support across multiple channels. If you are passionate about customer care and have experience in banking financial services or insurance this is your opportunity to grow your career internationally.
Requirements (Mandatory)
Minimum 12 months experience in Customer Service or in Banking Financial Services or Insurance (experience in Ireland or similar markets preferred).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (MondaySunday 40 hours/week).
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
Professional level of English (other EU languages are a plus).
