This is an on-site position based in our modern Lisbon office. We are looking for motivated individuals to provide exceptional service and support to our Dutch-speaking clientele.

Start Date: January 8 2026

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone email and chat.
  • Information & Advice: Answer queries related to insurance policies claims coverage and documentation with clarity and professionalism.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions within the companys systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  • Adherence to Standards: Maintain a deep understanding of company policies procedures and relevant insurance regulations.

Essential Requirements (Must-Haves):

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Dutch: Fluent (written and spoken) - Native or C1/C2 equivalent.
    • English: Business proficiency (B2 level minimum).
  • Eligibility to Work: Valid documentation allowing you to work in Portugal:

    • EU Citizenship
    • Residency Card (must be valid for more than one year)
    • Refugee Card

Desirable Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service call centers or the insurance/financial sector is beneficial but not mandatory. We are happy to train motivated candidates!
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication active listening problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Work Environment & Conditions:

  • Location: On-site in Lisbon Portugal.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays).
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM.
  • Days Off: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Equipment: All necessary work equipment (computer headset etc.) will be provided by the company.
