Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Lead talent acquisition retention and succession planning initiatives.

  • Drive organizational development performance management and employee engagement programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws HR policies and best practices.

  • Manage compensation benefits and reward systems to attract and retain top talent.

  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior management supporting change management and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in HR Business Administration or a related field (MBA/MPA preferred).

  • 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience preferably in the manufacturing sector.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws HR compliance and industrial relations.

  • Proven ability to manage HR functions at both strategic and operational levels.

  • Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
