Your Role & Impact
- Lead oversee and inspire your team of paralegals assistants and case managers.
- Conduct powerful client consultations and strategy sessions.
- Review and ensure accuracy of applications while maintaining elite quality standards.
- Provide consistent strategic legal guidance.
- Represent clients with confidence and determination at hearings and interviews.
- Track progress meet performance goals and adapt to changing laws.
- Stay at the forefront of immigration law and policy shifts.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
- Licensed attorney in Texas in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in immigration law with proven expertise in:
- Asylum Withholding of Removal Convention Against Torture
- Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A & EOIR-42B)
- U-Visas
- Adjustment of Status (Green Cards)
- Consular Processing
- Naturalization
- DACA
- EADs
- Advanced Parole requests
- I-751s
- Work Visas
- (Business Immigration experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing legal teams.
- Superior writing ability and persuasive legal argumentation.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented you spot errors others overlook.
- Comfortable and effective in high-stakes environments such as courtrooms and interviews.
- Proven record of winning cases.
- Reliable punctual and consistently focused.
