Job Summary

Position: Senior Trial Attorney

Location: Dallas TX

Duration: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of civil litigation from discovery and motions to trials and appeals.
- Develop winning strategies for commercial and tort cases on both sides of the docket.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships providing top-tier counsel and communication.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to firm growth through business development.
- Collaborate with a talented team on cutting-edge cases that challenge and reward.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar membership in good standing.
- 5 years of civil trial experience with a proven track record in commercial and tort litigation.
- Strong courtroom presence exceptional writing and analytical skills and a passion for advocacy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to handle high-volume diverse caseloads independently.
- Experience on both plaintiff and defense sides preferred.
