Our client a renowned personal injury law firm known for relentless advocacy is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney barred in New York (Texas license a strong plus). This role offers the flexibility of remote work but requires availability to attend in-person court hearings in New York.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a courtroom-proven litigator with a passion for justice and a drive to excel in high-stakes personal injury litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a heavy litigation docket specializing in complex personal injury cases.
Handle depositions hearings mediations and jury trials as lead counsel.
Draft and review pleadings motions discovery responses and trial briefs.
Develop case strategies and oversee matters from intake through resolution.
Collaborate with paralegals litigation support staff and attorneys.
Requirements
Licensed and in good standing with the New York Bar (Texas license a strong plus).
5 years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law.
Proven success in complex personal injury litigation.
Strong oral advocacy negotiation and trial presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced client-centered environment.
Preferred Qualifications
First-chair jury trial experience.
Federal court licensure and/or appellate experience.
Multi-jurisdiction litigation experience.
Bared in NY TX bar admission is a a plus
