Job Description
- Caseload Management: Handle all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases from signing up new clients to settlement.
- Client Guidance: Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and build trust.
- Legal Research: Conduct discovery perform legal research and pre-suit discovery.
- Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements.
- Team Communication: Provide direction and maintain constant communication with internal teams.
- Expert Interaction: Engage with expert witnesses and draft expert reports and affidavits.
- Litigation Preparation: Draft pleadings write briefs and assist with discovery depositions mediations and trial preparation.
