Were looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand globally all the while growing with us. The person were looking for ispassionateabout the business development department has excellent communication skills both written and spoken isgoal-oriented result-driven and works well under pressure. Being creative having excellent negotiation skills and the ability to strengthen and maintain partnerships are all vital qualities for this position as well.

Youll be working at a company that operates in 160 countries worldwide is the leading online car rental service in Latin America and whose team is fast-paced creative dynamic exciting organized and above all responsible.

Heres what this role is all about:

  • Seeking partnerships via the prospection of new car rental companies with the goal of increasing our competitiveness indicators.
  • Maintaining daily contact with preexisting partners so as to ensure a healthy relationship.
  • Suggesting actionable strategies that help elevate our products and services market competitiveness.
  • Evaluating website content applications and staying up-to-date with our sales and promotions.
  • Seeking negotiations that ensure our market excellence.
  • Staying up-to-date on market changes and fluctuations especially those relevant to our competitors.
  • Staying in contact with all departments in order to understand their visions about possible improvements and new partnerships.
  • Actively contributing to the improvement of our processes.

A match made in heaven:

  • Experience with negotiations and partner/supplier relationship management.
  • Expertise in creating presentations word documents and spreadsheets.
  • English is absolutely mandatory! And a third language is a plus!
  • Advance knowledge of Excel.
  • Good technical skills statistics and the ability to draw business insights from data.
  • Bachelors Degree (completed or underway).
  • E-commerce experience is desirable.
