Job Description:
The Technology Resource Manager will be the strategic powerhouse behind how St Vincents Health Australia builds grows and mobilises its Digital & Technology workforce. Leading capacity planning capability alignment and long-range forecasting across 100 game-changing projects this role shapes the talent engine that drives innovation in health and aged care. Youll partner closely with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition to design and deliver sourcing onboarding and development strategies that put the right skills in the right place at the right time. Working alongside executives portfolio leaders and delivery teams youll boost flexibility reduce reliance on costly contractors and grow in-house expertise. With a sharp eye on the future youll use data insight and influence to create a dynamic connected and future-ready workforce that powers St Vincents mission to deliver exceptional compassionate care for all.
