About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Working Student in Communications & Marketing to support our team in delivering impactful campaigns strengthening our brand and engaging with our stakeholders. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation digital marketing and communications while providing the opportunity to learn and grow in an international dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Support the planning scheduling and monitoring of social media posts across multiple channels (LinkedIn X/Twitter Instagram etc.).
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing activities including email campaigns digital assets and promotional materials.
- Event Communications: Contribute to the promotion of events (before during and after) including live social media coverage participant communications and media outreach.
- Website Updates: Support website maintenance including content uploads event listings and page updates.
- Market & Media Research: Conduct benchmarking collect analytics and prepare reports on communication and marketing activities.
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks in the communications and marketing team as needed
Requirements
- Enrolled student in communications marketing media studies business or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) and/or website CMS (e.g. Drupal) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
