Job Summary
- You monitor service levels queues intraday performance and agent availability in real time.
- You support short- and long-term scheduling shift maintenance and daily staffing adjustments.
- You assist in volume forecasting capacity planning and data modeling.
- You create clear and actionable reports for operational teams and management.
- You deep-dive into data to identify patterns inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Product.
Qualifications :
- You are passionate about digital products and interested in Financial Markets
- You have an excellent academic background (e.g. Data Science Business Analytics Economics Engineering Physics Mathematics Business Administration or similar)
- You are (and will be for 1 year) enrolled for Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field of study in Germany
- Initial relevant experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus (e.g. high growth startup leading management consulting firm or investment bank)
- You work proactively and independently
- Excellent English communication skills
- Availability ca. 16-20h / week
- In a hybrid team setup with flexible working hours you are willing to spend one day per week on site in our Berlin office
