Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to join Fitwell Holdings a leading company in the health and fitness industry. As a Sales Manager for Row House Jersey City you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of fitness memberships and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones contributing to the overall success and expansion of the company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic projects in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct sales presentations and tours to prospective clients showcasing the benefits of Fitwell Holdings products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and drive sales initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales preferably in the fitness or health industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Passion for health fitness and wellness.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
