Job Description
Job Purpose and Impact
The Contractual Buyer will support sourcing and procurement activities within indirect procurement: Plant Material & Services and Corporate Material & Services categories both Opex and this role you will execute complex sourcing and procurement tasks including managing end-to-end procurement activities for supported business.
Key Accountabilities
Execute medium and highly complex sourcing & procurement events.
- Self-initiated mindset & activities to find opportunities and drive the implementation within Indonesia country (better cost better services better terms and better value for Cargill)
Drive the implementation of global/regional sourcing decisions that is relevant for supported Business
Provide inputs & supports to the regional/subregional category team for category strategy development and execution that is relevant for the supported Business.
Provide comprehensive understanding of business/countries stakeholders and procurement landscape.
Supplier Relationship Management: monitoring & managing supplier performance and aim for a continuous improvement mindset and stakeholder relationships.
Follow established procurement policy & procedures for procuring materials goods services & supplies to select suppliers for procurement of noncontracted materials goods services and supplies.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferably with technical/engineering education background
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
