Join the Dahl Automotive Human Resource team as a Recruiter at our Support Center located off of Hwy OT in Holmen! In this Monday through Friday position (8:30am-5pm) and a casual (jeans!) work environment you will support the Group by leading recruitment efforts assisting with different HR programs and ensuring compliance with Dahl Auto processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts for the company (draft job postings update job descriptions post jobs in UKG review and contact applicants schedule interviews participate in career fairs etc)
- Weekly recruitment/career posts on the Dahl social media pages
- Team member and leader support (responding to emails timely phone calls etc)
- Assist HR Generalist and Benefits Manager with various HR-related tasks and projects
- Dealership visits in various Dahl Auto markets (rotation)
- Administer years of service awards and birthday cards
- Coordinate and schedule semi-annual driver tests
- File management and organization
- HR administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous recruitment experience or HR education
- Organized and friendly personality
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills
- Team orientated and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
