JD: Manager - AVP Operations (VC Funded Startup Delhi 1-5yrs)
Hygiene:

- having aoperations or consulting experience of at least 1 year
- for an early stage VC funded startup (having a team of 15 presently and looking to expand rapidly)
- in the online recruitment space (looking to disrupt the likes of Naukri with an innovative concept)
Responsibilities:
- Managingthe entire operations team at TalentPad
- Ownership of the entire employer and candidate experience on the platform (Customer Happiness is the utmost priority for us)
- Building and improvind operational processes
- Esnure execution of the above laid out processes
- Constantly work towards improving operational metrics

Started in Feb 2014 Delhi-based TalentPad is an online marketplace for high quality talent operating in the large online recruitment market in India. Started by three IIT alumni its a second generation platform which plans to flip the current recruitment process on its head. It gives more power to the job-seekers and lets employers make the first move in search for high quality talent.
