Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Office Housekeeping F&B and Maintenance.

  • Ensure superior guest experience through personalized service and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy revenue and profitability.

  • Supervise and train department heads and staff for efficient performance.

  • Maintain compliance with health safety hygiene and quality standards.

  • Monitor budgets cost control and financial performance reports.

  • Handle guest feedback complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for promotions and business growth.

  • Conduct regular operational audits and ensure adherence to company SOPs.

  • Ensure property upkeep asset maintenance and vendor management.
