What youll do
- Youll provide expert Paxus technical support resolving queries from IQ-EQ offices and clusters troubleshooting fund accounting and transfer agency issues and supporting BAU operations new fund NAVs and problem fund escalations.
- Youll manage and maintain data integrity performing weekly checks on new securities monitoring static data settings investigating upload and reconciliation failures and ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with tolerance thresholds.
- Youll drive automation and process improvements creating and refining data mapping templates coordinating with Group IT for SFTP delivery and supporting trade uploads and position reconciliations during new fund setups.
- Youll lead system testing and functionality reviews executing test plans and scripts validating data-feed applications (including Bloomberg) and assessing major and minor release documents to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Youll train and support staff across offices promoting optimal Paxus usage explaining the IQ-EQ operating model assisting with demos and RFPs for new business and handling complex product queries including strategy fields digital assets and best practice documentation.

Qualifications :
About you
- You bring over 5 years of experience in Fund Accounting Operations demonstrating deep operational knowledge and industry expertise.
- You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with PAXUS Fund Administration systems supporting complex fund structures and workflows.
- You possess advanced Excel skills including proficiency in VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables with beneficial exposure to SQL for data analysis and automation.
- You excel in problem solving decision making and time management consistently delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure.
- You analyze client and user requirements effectively document specifications clearly and proactively seek opportunities to automate improve and streamline processes.
