This Position reports to:
Planning and Fulfillment Team LeaderIn this role you will have the opportunity to develop maintain and improve transport/documentation processes. Each day you will ensure goods are received and shipped while meeting quality legal and cost parameters. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Planning executing and monitoring transport-related activities within a local unit ensuring high-quality transport operations.
- Generating the required transportation documentation and ensuring completeness of documentation.
- Managing operational relationships with transport suppliers and implementing all transportation-related plans and processes.
- Validating transportation invoices and ensuring proper allocation and visibility of expenses.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of MS Office SAP will be considered as an advantage
- You are at ease communicating in English and eager to learn flexible open-minded and team-work oriented
