Location: Viroqua & Westby WI (Two Campuses)
Status:Part Time to Full-Time (24-30 hours/week)

Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to expand our team with a full-time Rehab Office Coordinator serving our skilled nursing and senior living communities in Viroqua and Westby WI. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a mission-driven therapy team and help create a positive experience for our patients and therapists across two outstanding campuses.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients visitors and staff with professionalism and warmth
Coordinate therapy appointment schedules and assist with calendar management across both campuses
Support therapist communication and patient transport logistics
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry documentation and supply tracking
Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure efficient daily operations

Ability to travel between the Viroqua and Westby locations as needed

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of medical health experience.
