Job Description

We are seeking an experiences and professional Executive/Personal Assistant to support a distinguished principal with diverse personal philanthropic and business interests. This role is based in the East Bay and requires a professional who thrives in a true right-hand detail-oriented support position.

The Executive/Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support managing communications coordinating complex travel and overseeing a wide range of business and personal tasks. This is a hands-on role where discretion organization and attentiveness are paramount.

The Role: Executive/Personal Assistant

The City: Walnut Creek CA (Hybrid)

The Money: $140k - $160k Base

The Ideal Candidate:Strong communicator. Highly organized. Discreet.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Draft edit and send correspondence on behalf of the principal

  • Oversee personal appointments and household-related scheduling

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements including private aviation and ground transportation

  • Maintain calendar and ensure alignment with daily priorities

  • Provide triage for incoming requests and prioritize effectively

  • Support philanthropic initiatives

  • Manage ad hoc projects related to personal and business ventures
