Job Summary

We are seeking a Remote Clinical Documentation Assistant to support our healthcare team by organizing patient information managing digital records and ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date**.** We provide full training for candidates who are motivated detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Tasks

Enter patient information into electronic medical record systems (EMR/EHR).
Review documents for accuracy completeness spelling and formatting.
Organize upload and label digital files and patient forms.
Track records and follow up on missing information.
Assist healthcare providers with managing documentation workload.
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive patient data.
Communicate via email and internal systems with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
US applicants only. MUST be based in and authorized to work in the US.
Strong typing and computer skills.
Excellent attention to detail and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Interest in building a career in healthcare administration
Familiarity with digital filing systems such as Google Drive OneDrive or SharePoint
Understanding of medical terminology (a plus but not required).
