What Youll Be Doing

Diagnose service and repair HVAC systems.
Present repair and replacement options in a persuasive customer-friendly way.
Turn service calls into sales by identifying opportunities and closing leads.
Upsell products services and system upgrades that provide long-term value for the customer.
Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Maintain safety quality and efficiency standards.

Requirements:

12 years of residential HVAC experience with the ability to identify and recommend system upgrades.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to present repair and replacement options that drive sales.
Self-motivated goal-oriented and driven to maximize commissions through lead conversion and upselling.
EPA Certification
