Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:Collaborating with hiring teams and management to identify staffing needs and develop long-term hiring strategies.
- Sourcing & Attraction:Sourcing candidates from online platforms job boards professional networks (like LinkedIn) and through other recruitment initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screening &Assessment:Reviewing resumes screening applicants through calls and interviews and facilitating assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
- Hiring & Onboarding:Guiding candidates through the hiring process conducting interviews making hiring recommendations and assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
- Employer Branding:Promoting the companys brand through recruitment activities to attract top talent.
- Data & Analysis:Analyzing recruitment data to optimize hiring processes improve efficiency and inform future hiring decisions.
