When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Contracting Center of Excellence team you will collaborate with business teams to maintain accurate submissions and contract compliance. As a Senior Associate you will exercise autonomy in driving contract workstreams negotiate legal terms and educate stakeholders on contractual provisions. This position provides an exciting opportunity to develop your legal acumen while building substantial professional networks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to confirm contract accuracy and compliance
- Drive contract workstreams with a significant degree of autonomy
- Negotiate terms and conditions effectively with stakeholders
- Educate team members on contractual obligations and provisions
- Develop sturdy professional relationships across various teams

What You Must Have
- Bachelor of Laws
- 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
