The Position
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- 1. Act as PPoC to CE-Oncology
- 2. Take lead the identification of business pain points root cause and lead to take business action via strong business insight based on analysis
- 3. Coordinate bi-annual FFE business planning (including HC Territory and objective setting) across all TAs both of CE-Oncology and CE-OMNI
- 4. Proactively work together with Commercial Excellence internal team including incentive team business data domain team to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives
- 5. Work closely with Finance partner HR partner to manage HC and resource
- 6. Integrate internal and external stakeholders to build end-to-end business solutions
- 7. Explore business opportunities and business models to sustain growth
- 8. Drive business initiatives via strong interpersonal skills as well as hard skills with sense of ownership.
- 9. Coach team members to accommodate business requests with high efficiency and effectiveness
- 10. Healthcare experience is mandatory strong analysis and presentation skills are mandatory MBA and consulting background is preferred
Qualification and Experience
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor degree is mandatory and MBA or consulting experience is highly preferred.
Leadership Competencies
- Open-minded optimistic and think in a win-win way
- Happy to collaborate with other team members and cross-functional colleagues
Job Required Competencies
- More than 10 years pharmaceutical industry experience or >3 years management/strategy consulting background
- Strong business analytical and interpretation skills
- Good at communication and manage complicated cases
- English verbal & written skills are preferred
