About the role
角色职责:
全面负责西南区域川黔渝滇藏零售业务主导市场拓展与业务落地
带领零售团队高效达成销售目标精准管控市场费用销售预算及应收账款风险
开展客户开发与深度维护工作持续扩大品牌影响力与产品市场占有率
搭建团队培养体系通过培训赋能与协调助力成员提升业绩与专业能力
为区域内客户及代理商提供合规支持保障销售量与销售额稳步增长
最低要求:
学历要求大学及以上学历商务类或技术类专业供热 / 水暖工程专业优先
经验要求5 年以上相关行业或相关业务工作经验
专业能力具备扎实的产品与行业背景知识熟练掌握专业销售技能
核心素养沟通与谈判能力出色诚信可靠自信得体工作投入度高
综合能力具备团队协作创新思维与规划能力可独立完成销售任务并辅导团队成员
领导能力拥有优秀的领导统筹能力能带领团队高效达成目标
