Sales Support Advisor
Location: The Quayside Kowloon Hong Kong
Working Style: Hybrid (Office Work from Home)
Full-time Permanent 40 hrs/week

About the role
As a key member of our Hong Kong Sales Team youll be the engine behind our sales operationsensuring everything runs smoothly from quote to renewal. Youll be the go-to person for managing enquiries coordinating with internal teams and supporting our brokers and customers with precision and care.
What youll do:
- Supporting the Sales Team with quotes pre-sales forms and customer enquiries
- Assisting the Retention Team with renewals and data preparation
- Preparing weekly sales reports and coordinating team meetings/events
- Maintaining organised records and filing systems
- Contributing to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Staying sharp with sales training and competitor insights
- Handling complaints professionally and escalating when needed
What youll bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Organised proactive and great at managing time
- Confident working with people at all levels
- Ideally some experience in healthcare or insurance
- A global mindsetunderstanding cultural nuances and time zones
- Tech-savvy with solid skills in Word Excel and PowerPoint
