About the Job :
The Global Learning & Development Partner will play a critical role in designing implementing and driving learning strategies and programs that enable the growth capability building and professional development of employees worldwide. This role partners with HR Business Partners senior leaders and business stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals build a culture of continuous learning and enhance overall business performance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with global and regional business leaders to assess learning needs and align L&D strategy with business priorities.
Design scalable and impactful global learning programs frameworks and interventions across leadership technical and functional domains.
Champion a culture of continuous learning reskilling and upskilling across the organization.
Partner with external vendors and content providersto bring best-in-class learning experiences.
Monitor program effectiveness through feedback evaluation metrics and ROI analysis.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders HRBPs and managers on employee development needs.
Facilitate workshops training sessions and global learning initiatives that foster employee engagement and growth.
Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on building high-performing teams.
Leverage digital learning platforms and tools to enable a modern scalable and engaging learning experience.
Stay current on L&D best practices trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Ensure learning programs are globally consistent while allowing for local adaptation.
Partner with regional HR teams to drive adoption and effectiveness of global initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human resources Organizational Development Psychology or related field (Masters preferred).
6 to 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development in a global IT services or Technology organization.
Strong track record in designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategies in Cybersecurity skill development programs new hire/campus training programs
Technical reskilling and upskilling initiativesat a global or APAC scale
Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale learning programs.
Experience in delivering impactful programs with measurable business outcomes
Strong facilitation presentation and coaching skills.
Experience with digital learning tools LMS platforms and emerging learning technologies.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed multicultural environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and ROI of learning initiatives.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
