About the role
We are looking for a Branch Supervisor to successfully lead our Newcastle installers.
Supporting the Branch Manager you will be accountable for leading several crews plus subcontractors from a fixed location.
You will oversee the daily operations of the branch including;
- Leadership and mentorship of the crews
- Operations - Ensuring day to day business activities are running effectively and Liaison with internal departments including Operations Sales P&C Compliance to drive business performance efficiencies and continuous improvement
- Working closely with the operations teams to coordinate and plan daily/ weekly installation & dismantle schedules for crews
- Compliance; Ensuring quality product installation and dismantles
- Coordinating training and upskilling of the crews; internal and external training including onsite
- Buildsafe customer representative; Onsite customer visits measuring and estimating when needed
- Driving our Buildsafe Workplace Culture fostering a positive culture where excellence and teamwork is paramount
About you
You will be a leader who has experience running multiple crews and one who leads from the front and by example whilst possessing a high level of personal drive ownership and professionalism.
Skills & Key Attributes
- Strong leadership skills
- Scaffold experience and management of crews ( highly regarded)
- Previous experience with onsite supervision
- Sound level of computer skills
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Problem solver and solution focused
- Customer service Experience dealing with Builders & supervisors
- Confident communicator
