Job Description
Rhonemus Group has been retained by one of Michigans most successful community banks to recruit a new CFO to their executive leadership team. Our client has surpassed $2B in assets and is poised for additional growth and expansion with a very clear focus on culture and customer service across all business units.
Were seeking an individual with strong financial management experience and a broad perspective complemented by strong analytical skills. This individual will function as a strategic manager in coordinating the various functions of financial operations including cash flow systems financial projections budgeting and others.
The candidate of choice has fifteen years experience as a CFO in a publicly traded bank with at least $1B in assets. A CPA is preferred.
