  • Conduct site inspections and drive compliance with conditions on projects across NSW.
  • Review independent audit reports and other post-approval documents
  • Two Temporary (Up to 30 June 2026) full-time opportunities (Parramatta based with flexible working supported)

  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $115853 to $130547 super

The role

Were the regulator for NSW Plannings projects of state significanceand as a Compliance Officer youll be right at the heart of it. Youll carry out site inspections review audit monitoring and other post-approval reports and conduct investigations as required. Its about making sure planning conditions are complied with and environmental standards are upheld.

Youll be juggling competing priorities and navigating complex high-profile issuesoften under pressure and in the public eye. That means translating information into clear advice conducting investigations with confidence and helping improve how we work. Its fast-paced strategic and makes a real impact.
