Do you have a passion for making a real difference in the lives of young children and families impacted by adversity At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) were seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Child First Family Resource Partner (FRP) to join our team in Greenville/Winterville NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive Child First team you will play a vital role in stabilizing families and connecting them to the services they need to thrive.
What You Will Do
As a Child First Family Resource Partner youll work with a licensed clinician to deliver home-based services that strengthen caregiver-child relationships and connect families to community supports. Youll lead efforts to reduce stress by coordinating access to needed services support family assessments and planning and help navigate systems like mental health DSS and housing. This role includes travel between Beaufort Hyde Pittand surrounding counties.

Bachelors Level: $44000 $50000 annually
