This position is on-site in Omaha NE.
The Commercial Escrow Officer will effectively manage real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts managing funds processing documents for closings and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures. The position serves as a neutral liaison between parties adheres to company policy exercises independent judgment and possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently handle any situation which may arise during the escrow process.
