Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects ensuring alignment with client business goals and requirements.
- Configure and customize SCM modules such as Inventory Management Order Management Product Master Data Management Supply Chain Orchestration and Procurement.
- Provide expert-level guidance on SCM best practices and Oracle Fusion configuration.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements develop functional specifications and design solutions.
- Conduct workshops training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support business development activities including pre-sales consulting solution design and effort estimation.
- Mentor and train junior consultants to build their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Information Technology or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules.
- At least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and presales activities.
- Extensive knowledge of SCM processes including inventory management order management procurement and supply chain planning.
- Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions.
