Job Description

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects ensuring alignment with client business goals and requirements.
  • Configure and customize SCM modules such as Inventory Management Order Management Product Master Data Management Supply Chain Orchestration and Procurement.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on SCM best practices and Oracle Fusion configuration.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements develop functional specifications and design solutions.
  • Conduct workshops training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support business development activities including pre-sales consulting solution design and effort estimation.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants to build their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Information Technology or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules.
  • At least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and presales activities.
  • Extensive knowledge of SCM processes including inventory management order management procurement and supply chain planning.
  • Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions.
