Job Summary

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across global clients.
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and design global HR processes.
  • Configure Employee Central objects workflows business rules and event derivations.
  • Manage integrations with SAP HCM S/4HANA payroll systems and third-party applications.
  • Ensure compliance with global HR regulations data privacy and localization requirements.
  • Oversee data migration validation and cutover planning.
  • Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning effort estimation and proposal development.
  • Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive change management user adoption and training initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with at least 5 years in Employee Central.
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee Central objects workflows and business rules.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center SAP CPI and SAP Identity Authentication Service.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP SAP People Analytics and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central.
  • Exposure to related modules like Onboarding Time Off or Global Benefits.
  • Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
  • Knowledge of GDPR SOC compliance and global HR localization practices.
