Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and design compensation planning processes.
- Configure compensation templates eligibility rules guidelines budgets and reward statements.
- Collaborate with HR Finance and IT teams to ensure alignment with organizational compensation strategy.
- Manage integration with Employee Central Performance & Goals and Payroll systems.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors implementation best practices.
- Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning effort estimation and proposal development.
- Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive change management user adoption and training initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with at least 5 years in Compensation.
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors Compensation templates and guidelines.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and SAP CPI.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP SAP Analytics Cloud and People Analytics.
- Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Compensation.
- Exposure to related modules like Employee Central Performance & Goals or Variable Pay.
- Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
- Knowledge of global compensation compliance and audit requirements.
