Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of the SuccessFactors Compensation module within SAP SuccessFactors suite.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops blueprinting sessions and solution design reviews with HR and business stakeholders.
- Configure and optimize compensation planning bonus programs salary structures and budgeting workflows.
- Integrate Compensation with Employee Central Performance & Goals and Variable Pay modules.
- Prepare functional specifications test scripts and support SIT/UAT phases.
- Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW development data migration and interface design.
- Ensure alignment with RISE with SAP GROW with SAP and SAP BTP deployment models.
- Provide post-go-live support training and change management assistance.
- Stay updated on SAP roadmap best practices and industry trends in digital HR and total rewards
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of the Compensation module.
- Strong understanding of:
- Compensation planning cycles
- Eligibility rules and guidelines
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Integration with EC and other modules
- Experience with Fiori-based UI Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Workflow configuration.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors APIs reporting tools and data models.
- Exposure to cloud deployment models agile delivery and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification.
- Experience in global compensation programs multi-country rollouts and regulated industries.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Variable Pay Workforce Analytics and SAP BTP extensions.
