About the Role

Our client is expanding its team in Sofia and is looking for a Norwegian Customer Solutions Specialist to support one of the worlds largest search engine providers. This role is about much more than answering questions its about empowering customers ensuring they make the most out of the products they use and providing a seamless experience across multiple channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone fluent in Norwegian and English who thrives on problem-solving enjoys helping others and wants to build a career in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support across phone email and chat while ensuring a high customer satisfaction rate.
  • Use CRM systems ticketing tools and established protocols to resolve issues within agreed service levels.
  • Deliver quick clear and empathetic solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing process improvements and team collaboration.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge industry trends and best practices through continuous training.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed performance goals such as first-contact resolution handling times and satisfaction scores.

What Youll Need

  • Fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
  • Adaptability eagerness to learn and comfort with structured guides and processes.
