Role Overview
We are seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic technical and search engine support team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service troubleshoot issues and ensure a positive user experience for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional and empathetic customer support in Norwegian via phone email and chat.

Resolve technical or account-related queries for users.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 08:00- 20:00 (rotational shifts)

Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 -17:00 (rotational)

Days off: 2 rotational days per week
Requirements

Native or fluent Norwegian speaker.

Good command of English for internal communication.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in technical or customer support is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: Competitive x 14 months
