Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat for Dutch-speaking clients.
- Assist with product inquiries troubleshooting and general customer issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow up on requests.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver seamless support.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required we will provide full training.
