Job Summary

General Responsibilities:

Performs routine maintenance on landscaping grounds roads irrigation and utilities through the use of general labor and equipment.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma GED or equivalent.

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of modern methods for grounds and utilities maintenance including mowing lawns trimming and edging pruning trees and shrubs raking leaves and removing litter.
Ability to make basic repairs to security fences irrigation systems and water systems including fire hydrants and storm drains.
Physical capability to operate a variety of machines tools and equipment including motor vehicles generators power tools and hand tools.
Ability to use body members to work move or carry objects or materials.
