As a Maintenance Technician you will play a key role in ensuring our equipment and facility operate smoothly safely and efficiently. Youll partner closely with machine operators troubleshoot issues perform preventative maintenance and support equipment upgrades that keep our production floor moving.
- Monday - Friday 2:30 - 10:30 pm
- Occasional overtime is required.
- $25.00 - $27.50/hr plus $1.75/hr shift differential; depending on verified experience
What Youll Do
Troubleshoot repair and maintain equipment to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently.
Assist Operators with minor maintenance needs and replace broken or damaged parts quickly and accurately.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance audits calibrations and equipment testing.
Review and interpret performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain detailed records of repairs tests calibrations and standard processes.
Support Level 2 and Level 3 Technicians with equipment rebuilds upgrades and engineering projects.
Communicate effectively with Operators Team Leads Managers and Engineering to prioritize equipment needs.
Follow proper procedures for purchasing using and recording consumables.
Assist with facilities support and additional duties as needed.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Mechanical and/or electronic coursework (preferred)
Strong mechanical reasoning skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
Basic troubleshooting skills across electrical or mechanical systems
Experience using Windows-based applications
Working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout and hot work permit procedures
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
Preferred Knowledge
Experience in printing bindery or packaging machine maintenance
Ability to conduct equipment rebuilds
Understanding of maintenance best practices
