Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including work orders repair logs and inventory management

* Provide excellent customer service to property owners tenants and other stakeholders

* Stay up-to-date with industry developments new technologies and best practices in HVAC maintenance

Skills

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heating ventilation and air conditioning principles

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work at heights in confined spaces and in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment

Proficiency in using hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment

*Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in a related field preferred

*Physical Demands*: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment lift to 50 pounds and work at heights and in confined spaces.
