Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our clients team in Booneville this role youll be responsible for keeping plant equipment running safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance troubleshooting and timely repairs.

What Youll Do
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs across plant equipment.
Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and repairs.
Conduct regular shift inspections of compressors chillers pumps silos extrusion equipment and other critical systems.
Report and resolve equipment issues leaks and hazards.
Carry out preventative maintenance tasks (lubrication filter changes oil changes motor/pump replacements plumbing painting cleaning).
Assess equipment performance and determine corrective actions.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
Work independently and take on additional duties as needed.

What Were Looking For
2 years of extrusion experience or 3 years in industrial maintenance.
Knowledge of compressed air chilled water recycled water city water systems electrical distribution panels buss bar disconnects and primary circuit breakers.
Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills; welding and fabrication experience.
Computer proficiency (SAP preferred).
Strong commitment to safety and reliability.

Physical & Work Environment
Regular standing walking stooping kneeling crouching crawling and reaching.
Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to mechanical parts electrical risk humid conditions fumes heat vibration and loud noise.
Occasional work at heights or precarious places.
