Job Description
Clerical Assistant (holding the functional title of Clinic Assistant) in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 533077) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have completed Form 5 or above. Possession of a certificate in phlebotomy Health Care Assistant Training or Care-related Support Worker Training accredited by the Hospital Authority would be an advantage. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. They should be responsible hardworking self-motivated meticulous and able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
The appointee will assist in the daily operation of the laboratory and clinic and provide patient care support in the Assisted Reproduction Centre at the Universitys teaching hospital. Working outside normal office hours may be required.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
