The Opportunity
The Office of Research Grants and Development is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Administrative Officer to support our vibrant research community. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to world-class research by providing high-quality administrative support across the research lifecycle.
As a key member of the Awards team youll play an essential role in supporting researchers with grant setup variations transfers and reporting. Your strong organisational skills customer service mindset and analytical thinking will help ensure smooth and efficient delivery of post-award services.

The Office of Research Grants and Development works closely with Monash researchers faculties funding bodies and industry to facilitate the Universitys research objectives. It does this through an active program of identifying and developing funding opportunities providing active and timely assistance to researchers in the grant application process administering awards and providing statistical research data. With a clear purpose proactive staff and new technologies we make tangible contributions to the development management and deliverance of research with positive economic social and environmental impact in resolving the global challenges of our age.
