This role is essential in supporting our crews with daily tree care operations and operating stump grinding equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with ground operations including debris clean-up rigging and equipment support
- Safely operate stump grinding machinery and assist with routine maintenance
- Support climbers and aerial lift operators during tree removals and pruning
- Load and secure brush logs and wood chips using tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site from arrival to completion
- Follow company safety policies and wear proper PPE at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient job flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the tree care or landscaping industry preferred
- Valid Drivers License (required)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
- Must pass background check
- Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry heavy materials and operate mechanical equipment
- Reliable team player with good communication skills

Schedule
