Job Summary
The Program Manager (LEPS Business Transformation) will lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Large Electric Power Solutions (LEPS) division. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the divisions strategy driving innovation and ensuring the business remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market. The Program Manager will define and lead transformation efforts aligning cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change while fostering adaptability and continuous improvement.
What you will do
Leading transformation initiatives to enable the EPD / LEPS business to achieve 2030 power gen growth objectives and in direct support of Key Strategic Initiatives.
Managing metrics dashboards and supporting management tools in place to monitor performance and govern transformation processes
Responsible for researching developing and prioritizing tactical and strategic improvement ideation inclusive of business case development
Leading the cross-functional teams that will deliver the continuous improvement and transformation needed to positively impact the business.
Supporting commercial and operational organizations in the evaluation of KPI performance challenges to identify necessary root causes and improvement opportunities.
What you will have
Customer Focus: Working knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Data Gathering & Analysis: Extensive experience and knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools techniques and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion goal or judgment.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Extensive experience and knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Effective Communications: Extensive experience and understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Relationship Management: Extensive experience and knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.
Strategic Thinking: Extensive experience and knowledge of the importance of big picture thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
Additional Information
This position can be located in either Dallas TX or Alpharetta GA and requires 5 day a week in-office availability

Summary Pay Range:
$144960.00 - $217320.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
