Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of Revel Media Groups sales operations. This position is responsible for supporting the sales team by nurturing long-term client relationships executing strategic outreach and managing a well-maintained pipeline to drive revenue and support company goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive tech-savvy relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and excels at collaboration communication and execution. As a key contributor to the sales process the Area Sales Manager will develop and maintain relationships across multiple industries to generate new business opportunities manage a pipeline of potential customers to support forecasting and strategic planning and work closely with project management to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. The role requires regular travel to client sites and Revel offices maintaining up-to-date CRM records and contributing field insights to inform sales strategies. Flexibility and initiative are essential as this position also involves participating in meetings aligning with team objectives and supporting broader company initiatives through various additional tasks and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive communication style-both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Motivated by goals and driven to exceed performance expectations
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales strategies and product knowledge
  • Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and presentations via Zoom Teams etc.
  • Dependable punctual and consistently professional in all interactions

Required Skills:

  • 3 years of experience in the LCD/LED industry
  • 3 to 5 years of professional sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency with HubSpot NetSuite DocuSign and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and detail-focused
  • Strong initiative and proactive mindset
  • Team-oriented collaborative approach

Salary and Benefits:

  • $ per year Salaried base pay plus on-target potential earnings of $250000 with uncapped commission
