Key Responsibilities:
- Take the time to really understand your clients - their goals strengths and roadblocks.
- Build trust and create supportive relationships that lay the foundation for lasting success.
- Collaborate with clients to set clear achievable goals. Break down barriers and map out practical steps that move them forward in work and life.
- Keep everything running smoothly by ensuring accurate up-to-date records using systems like ESS/WAOP and Job Ready. Consistency and compliance are key.
- Play an active role in our teams success by using resources wisely supporting efficiency and helping us meet financial and service goals.
